Andorra Confirms €19.5 Million Aviation Connectivity Contract with Chalair

On 4 November, the government published the definitive award of up to €19,502,117 to Chalair Aviation for scheduled air services connecting Andorra–La Seu Airport with six destinations from 2027 to 2030. The annual maximum contributions are €4.74 million in 2027 and €4.94 million in 2028, with the 2029 and 2030 commitments conditional on a renewed cooperation agreement with Catalonia. The contract creates opportunities for aviation suppliers, airport-service companies and transport partners. HPC can support infrastructure research, project analysis and contractor assessments.
